This Alexandre Savile Row black blazer has a reddish maroon satin or silk lining. 3 inner pockets , the lower one on the left has had some repairs in the past as shown in photos. I wear a size 12 in women's and this fits me perfect, not sure how the Euro sizing works. UK chest 42" faux pockets on front (all 3) notched collar
