was brand new w. tags still on it until i washed it (on a delicate cycle) and the tags came off in the wash but has never been worn before, only machine washed and dried. it says it’s a small but i’m thinking it must be plus size because it looks more like a large - it’s very wide ✨ let me know if you have any questions ✨
