The chest is 34”, the waist is 33 1/2”, and the length from shoulder to bottom is approximately 34 1/2”. As for care, this dress can be machine washed in cold water on the gentle cycle. It is made in Vietnam, and it is made of polyester and spandex, which is why it is so easy to throw on and wear wherever you need to go. This is a pre-owned dress, but it is in terrific condition.
