ALFRED DUNNER Sweater Black Metallic Gold Shoulder Pads Size 42 VINTAGE USA What a great sweater for autumn and winter but I think it especially shines during the holidays. Probably because the gold yarn has a metallic shiny threading through it. Picture it with a pair of velvet pants at a casual party or dinner. It is not lined, and the shoulder pads are tacked on with a stitch at both ends so if you preferred it without, it would be very easy to remove them. This is listed as a size 42, but I don’t know if that’s actually European sizing as this was made in the USA. I saw the same sweater in the same size modeled on someone size 18 and it seem to fit her quite well. I’ve listed it as a 1X based on measurements and I think it should fit loosely. However, I recommend comparing the sizing of this to some thing you on to compare. Approx measurements, 26” underarm to underarm, 21” shoulders, 21” sleeve, 29” long.
