ALICE+OLIVIA butterfly silk blouse

This butterfly print flows so nicely on the blouse. The neck has elastic rouching with a tie. There is another tie at the middle bottom of the front with a double layer of fabric below it. The arms flow and flutter. This top is listed as a medium, but fits like a smaller medium size.
