goshops @bentleychick Hi there!! Sorry about not responding earlier. I just didn't know what u were talking about (and/or I was asleep). I never made a return request hon. U need to contact Poshmark. When something takes too long to be delivered (not talking "shipped"), they usually refund money to the buyer and still pay the seller. So, check to see if u've been paid. If u haven't, let PM know.

For the record, I did NOT, nor would I EVER, claim to have NOT received something that I indeed did. Like, u actually think that I would risk my morals, my reputation as a buyer aaand seller (I'm Ambassador status, and it's not easy to accomplish), aaand just as a regular PERSON, mom, daughter, sister, wife...just to make off w not paying 30 bucks. goshops @bentleychick Btw...that's horrible! You know, even in the face of a "denial" that someone rec'd merch, you MUST contact PM to request payment. That happened to me once. The buyer got their $ back, and I was out my items aaaaand paymt. On thaaat particular occasion, I had to contact PM and demand my pay...and, they gave it to me. So, stand ur ground!

goshops @bentleychick OOOOH! That's a tough one, bc by PM protocol, the SELLER is responsible for any increase in postage due to shipping weight that surpasses 5 lbs. Now, what u do is go to "my sales" and click on that particular sale. It then gives you options to "download shipping label", which I use to then print it. BUT, if u KNOW the weight of ur pckg, u need to choose, "request new shipping label" instead. Then, it will ask u for the weight of ur pckg and generate a new one w new price on it.

goshops @bentleychick In thaaat case, u hv 3 choices. 1. You can reach out to your buyer and just tell her that her order is over 5 lbs, so you need her to pay for the extra shipping. 2. Or, u could offer to split the order into TWO bundles (u would hv to CANCEL the initial order fiiiirst), which would ensure that the maximum shipping amnt wuld only be $12.98. Oooor, 3. If the buyer doesn't agree to that, you hv a right to choose to just totally CANCEL that order, PERIOD.

Now, to avoid aaaall of that awkwardness, I aaaalways inform a buyer that I can NOT incur the cost if additional shipping BEFORE I accept a bundle offer or BEFOOOORE I exteeend an offer on a bundle that I knoooow will be over 5lbs.

goshops @bentleychick Well, they usually take a day or two to respond. So, u need to keep a close eye on ur emails. They are usually very good at responding. So, I doubt they are ignoring ur concerns. Recheck ur email.
