THIS SLEEK AND ELEGANT NAVY-BLUE OFF-THE-SHOULDER SHEATH DRESS BY ALTAR'D STATE, SIZE S, is gently pre-owned, in near-perfect condition, free of defects or damage, with no signs of wear. It has adjustable shoulder straps, a surplice (crossover) bodice (picture #9), a wrap skirt, and elegant asymmetrical draping on the left side created by ruching at the side seam (picture #10). It closes with a zipper in back. The fabric is polyester and spandex in a 97%/3% blend, very stretchy. Hand wash cold and line dry are recommended. The stated size is S, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 17", stretches to about 18.5"; waist 13", stretches to about 14.5"; hips 16.5", stretches to about 18"; hemline 19"; length (in back, neckline to hem) 27".
