ALine Dress/Cover-up Size Large

A Line/ Shift dress or beach cover up. I purchased from a small boutique store... thought it would be cute with tights or leggings, and boots. or heels and flip flops. also could be used as a swimsuit cover up too. 3/4 length bell sleeves. Longer hem in the back. No stretch... this says Rayon... feels like cotton. Black in color. Tag says Large but fits more like a medium.
