If you want me to open them before I mail them, just let me know. These are a low rise waist. They are machine washable. They do have a little bit of stretch. They retail for $98. When laying flat and fastened, the waist measures 18 inches. They have belt loops. They do have small back pockets but again you have to open them with a seam ripper.
