@evelynforeadlyn hi! I’ve ordered from them a bunch before but it’s always been over the express shipping amount and before the pandemic so I’ve never had a problem with them specifically, but I have had an issue with DHL before ... hope this helps :/

@evelynforeadlyn it usually took less than a week, and the hold is probably because DHL can’t find the address, I think I had put in my zip code wrong or something - it was sent back to pretty little thing and I had to re order
