yjang41 @kristen_daniels it is not stretch. And the model is not me. It fits on me, and I am size 27(but from some brands with vanity sizing, such as J.crew, I wear 26)

fishieisthepass So u think it's at least 16 inches?? That's what I'm shooting for. I've never purchased American Apparel...are the sizes similar to Forever 21?

yjang41 @fishieisthepass it it will be around 16 inch based on other posher's measurement.(i searched aa tennis skirt and filtered for M size and sold item) and most of them measured it to 16~16.5 inch. I almost never shopped at forever so I have no idea. But I would recommend this to someone with natural waist 27inch(measurement of the narrowest part of your waist when you suck your belly in) which is equivalent to jean size 27.

yjang41 @fishieisthepass the model is not me by the way. It is the posher who sold this to me. I have 27 waist and 38 hip(fuller hip than average) and even though I am only 5'2" this skirt is run bit short and easy to show off my undies to public lol.
