The Colonial Undergarments was introduced to Felicity's Collection in 1992 and retired in 2008. Cream stays. Slight curve. Flexible plastic boning. Lace up the back. Originally ribbon; later a shoelace. Linen pocket on fabric tape waist tie. Floral embroidery. The pocket can be positioned to align with the side slits in the majority of Felicity's dresses. Two cream pocket hoops on a fabric tape waist tie. Internal wires to keep shape. Slits allow hoops to be a substitute pocket. They are called hoops in catalogs, but are more accurately panniers.
