For reference I’ve got broader shoulders (inching closer to 15”). I typically wear a size small and a 36B. I’d say it is 75% on its way to being a size small. If you are a small and have more petite shoulders than me it would be a perfect fit, giving you a tailored look. If you’re an XS it’ll give you that oversized feel where you could probably layer it with a light hoodie underneath. The only reason I’m selling it is because it’s just a tiny bit too tight around my shoulders (big shoulder girls rise up!)
