The denim of these are so soft and comfortable, unfortunately the high waist doesn't fit me the way I'd like and I have rarely worn them. See the first two photos for the original cuff design and note that I have trimmed on the flaps to the sides of the ankle to give a more classic cut. They were not shortened, only cut to be even.
