ANINE Bing mini skirt

Unique mini skirt, luxury sample/prototype for Anine Bing. Never worn. Size likely S/2-4. This skirt is killer and I wish it fit but it is just too small on me. Someone really needs to show it off. You can see the blue paint swipe design well in the second photo. Can totally be dressed up or down.
