ANM cream colored Blouse/Tunic

~it's probably a polyester but looks and feels like chiffon..sheer with a thin lining. ~very long (31.5 inches)and flowy blouse/tunic due to it's length. Can be worn with a pencil skirt or easily cover leggings and looks great with a belt mid waist ~sleeveless ~the long tie in front can be made into a bow or allowed to hang effortlessly ~bottom has neat pleat on each side as pictured
