ANN DEMUELEMEESTER Double Layered Skirt. Outer layer is five sheer webbing over crepe layer. 14 in across that stretches to 16.5 in across. 21 inches in length. Although the material tag has been removed, the skirt material feels like it is comprised of a silk outer netting layer, and a crepe silk inner layer. There is one flaw that can easily be corrected by a seamstress (see last pic), but I’ll leave that up to you because it’s not really visible when worn. Fabulous skirt.
