ANN TAYLOR LOFT black/white empire waist detail!

Beautiful, comfortable and fitted top from ANN TAYLOR LOFT. Black with white polka dot design, empire waist fit, boat neck collar with rouched detail. Hard to see it in pictures, but contains lots of fun and flirty elements like ruching at bust and flattering fit down waist- More of a fitted top than appears in picture. Puff sleeve with elastic at bottom. Size 12 on tag, but I fit a size 8/10 most of times at Ann Taylor Loft, hence the note that it is more fitted than appears under empire waist. Too cute & flattering overall!
