ANN TAYLOR button up in microprint

ANN TAYLOR. XSP. Light-weight chiffon-like button up blouse in adorable microprint with a great collarless neck cut. I honestly can't tell if it's white and black or white and navy! Could be either! Brand new with tags! I love this shirt but I just don't really wear button ups!
