Reposhing this item-ABSOLUTELY Loved them, but unfortunately there are an 8 and I’m a 7.5 They slip in and out even with my straps on. I did put inserts so when I pulled them off, I pulled a little of the inside lining with the sticky part of the inserts at the ball of the foot/shoe. I’ll add more pictures to show that.
