ANTHROPOLOGIE maxi summer dress

HOLDING HORSES brand from ANTHRO. Worn only once (perfect condition) I wanted to love it but again, I’m just too short to pull it off 5”2. I never hemmed it! It’s strappy and delicate at the top and ruffles out at the bottom. It has a white slip sewn into it. Lovely gold stripped accents. Navy and white stripes.
