ANTIQUE FLORAL HAND PAINTED PORCELAIN PLATE

Oscar and Edgar Gutherz started their factory in 1884 in Altrolau and ceased in 1918. They exported blanks or white wares to the United States where they were painted by artists or ladies while socializing. This delightful plate has a pale mint green pastel background with lovely purple lilacs. It has scalloped edges and beading near the rim. There are no cracks, chips or crazing. Some of the gilt around the rim is worn. Thank you for visiting this listing.
