APC brown leather derby with crepe sole

I bought these for retail of $485 plus some NYC tax so over >$500. I told myself up and down that this was right size for me (European size is 40). Wore them around the house for a tiny bit and realized they are too snug and probably gonna cause me foot problems condition 10/10. I absolutely love the style and simplicity as well as functionality of these shoes. I really wish they would fit otherwise I would keep them. The sole is crepe so super comfortable but dark brown slightly more formal.
