APC cocktail dress with fringe.

Black cocktail dress. Fringe wraps from top of back right shoulder down to left side slit. Medium weight acetate fabric with a little stretch. Pull-over style; there’s no zipper. Best to fit bust up to size 33-34. (Mannequin is size 4.) Excellent pre-worn condition. No snags, pulls, rips or tears. Necklace shown is not included with the dress.
