karenfisher906 @busycloset , my apologies, I must have missed your first message. Waist is 18 and length is 30”. Measurements taken lying flat and are approximate. Thanks for your interest 😊

karenfisher906 @busycloset , I added another picture, it appears as if the pleats are stitched down in the front and back but there aren’t any pleats at the hip/sides. Hope that helps 😊
