APT 9 Flare Dress W/ Pockets SZ:M

Absolutely adorable navy blue and white flare dress. This was gently worn and has no rips or snags. The hem was taken out to make it longer. This little gem also has POCKETS! This is a size M Bust: 36” Length: 38.5”
