No need to wear a slip. I do wear breast/nip covers with it though just to be extra. Size S: Approx. 46" from back of neck to hem; 34" at chest, 27" at waist. 100% Polyester. Smoke-free home! In very good condition, just recommend a dry cleaning to remove signs of wear underarms (as shown, not stained).
