AQUAdress blue, size 6. NWOT

Double lined tulip front. This dress is a more blue color, like the close-ups show. I am a busty size 6 and have a hard time zipping it. Would be ideal for a size 6 with cups smaller than DDD. Formal/cocktail wear, ruching on the shoulder.
