Draw string at the bottom of the sweater is not included. Made in Ireland. 100% Natural Wool. It measures 19" from the edge of one underarm straight across to the edge of the other underarm, so up to 38" bust unstretched. Measures 25" from the top of one shoulder straight down the front to the bottom of the shirt.
