@spatulaqt Hi! I’m sad to hear there’s been a USPS issue. The shipping label would have had the address you provided to Poshmark for your account (I cannot change it on my end). I recommend opening a case for the item and sending all info/documentation to Poshmark. I’ll chime in on the case thread and they will give us next steps. I have heard of cases where USPS marks something delivered and it gets delivered later, so I’m still hopeful it will arrive with you safely. Thanks😊

@spatulaqt Since the package tracked with no issues, the label is most likely not the cause of the problem. If it was smeared, USPS would not have been able to scan it. USPS is experiencing a number of known issues right now. Thankfully, Posh typically protects both sellers and buyers from cases where they determine a package is lost. Please open a case for the item so Poshmark can make a determination, since I’m not able to take any action outside of their process. Thanks!

I received a notice they are still in transit but in IN so hope you receive them soon. I you’re aware some of the delivery time is in the hands of the post office. ❤️
