christie929 @fatty8 I measured right underneath the armpit to armpit. It's a butterfly type sleeve. I just measured it again lying flat and it's closer to 19" which would be 38" bust.

christie929 @fatty8 Good Morning! Sorry, I fell asleep ...5am comes quickly! So I am a 34 and can fit in both small and large. The large may be a tad too big for you in the chest as the top is a low plunge. However, you can pin it closed if you want. It really depends and not knowing your body type whether you prefer a bit looser fit all around. The small on me fit nicely in the bust and would be the one I would choose for me. I hope this helps!
