ART Arthur Pepper Signed Gold Tone Vintage Brooch Seed Pearls and Smoke Stones

This listing is for an ART signed brooch made by Arthur Pepper. It is gold tone, free of tarnishing, adorned with tiny seed pearls and smoke color rhinestones. All of the stones are present. The filigree work on the brooch is amazing, much prettier in person. It measures approximately 1" in diameter.
