Such a cute dress. I noticed the tear when I was photographing it. There is stead towards the bottom on the seam. I’m sure it can be repaired, but I’m no seamstress. Adjustable straps. Elastic at waist. Buttons are for decoration only and not functional. I will ship any as is item for free with the purchase of an item not marked as is. Just ask for a bundle. Fits medium and large.
