This runs small and material is very delicate. I bought online from a boutique shop and I would say this is more accurately a 2/3. My daughter never ever wore this bcuz I was unaware that the left leg on the side seam had come loose. Is sewn, it possibly would make legs slimmer, so sz 2, probably best describes. The adjustable straps tie or loop and bow. Darling outfit, so cute for hot Summer day! With or without tee, this romper covers front torso.
