AS U WISH Neck Tie Fully Lined Long Sleeve Shift Dress Size Large NWOT

It is a purple floral printed dress with sheer sleeves and a solid purple inside lining and a tie at the neck (see photos). It measures about 37 in length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem and the bust measures about 42" around. It is in great condition with no holes, rips or stains.
