Pretty feminine detail on this black color scoop neck sundress style dress. Back has smocking. Two inch waist band with A line skirt. The whole dress is lined and gives the skirt some body. Straps were taken up about an inch and can be unstitched if you need more length under arms. Size XS. Very good condition.
