@michalalynn It feels like they really conform to your feet, I really like them and have found them to be the most comfortable workout shoe--but it always depends on the person.

@taycarrier I'm between sizes for different brands of running shoe--but usually I wear a 7.5 and these are a bit too snug for me, so I would say yes they run true to size.
