Missing belt but you can use your own piece of fabric 🥰 Previous owner put in snaps along neckline to keep it closed. See pics. Personally I preferred it this way. Top snap is coming undone, can be fixed or removed. Measurements: Chest: 19 inches Waist: 16 inches Hip: 23 inches
