hi, its about 16" laying flat at the waist, stretched to 18" or so bc it's elastic. inseam is about 26"

I think it'll be fine. I'm that size or smaller sometimes and when I tried it on it was good. It's pretty elastic and loose style but not gigantic like. If you wanna wait, I'll pull it out and take a pic wearing to give a better idea. (In the daytime)
