ASOS Black Sleeveless Blouse with Ties Sz. 12

NWOT Chic ASOS black sleeveless blouse with adorable bow detail. Shirt ties in each shoulder. Top is voluminous with a flared bottom. Excellent condition. Never worn. Sz. 12. Loose fitting top so might fit larger sizes as well. Chest is 21 inches flat. Top is about 20 inches long. (I’m 5’5” and it falls just above my hips).
