Measurements laying flat: Waist 13" Rise 11" Inseam 26" I love these and really wish I could keep them but I purchased these here on Poshmark and need to resell because they're too small for me. They are marked as size 6 which is what I normally wear but way too small for me, I would say could maybe fit a size 2 or 4. See all measurements in photos to be sure they will be a good fit for you. They are 99% cotton, 1% elastine with slightly thick material and a slight stretch. Previous owner only wore these once and I was unable to wear them so they seem somewhat new.
