ASOS Open Back Cut Out Dress

Very cute and only worn once for a party. Has beautiful bell sleeves, ring detail in front and open back with crisscross. Light and flowy. Skirt and front top part is double lined. Added a similar ASOS dress style as reference for fit since it's hard to photograph.
