Size 2 Champagne/Light Rose halter pleated waisted maxi dress in velvet new with tags. Very pretty dress for a wedding or party. A little heavier material, so it may be too warm for a summer event. I included pictures of how it looks on a model in a different color. There is the slightest pull by the neck (see picture).
