ASOS White Ring Detail Skirt

It’s new with tags, only tried on and I bought it for $45, so I’m trying to get a little bit back. It says petite size 4 but I’m 5’8 and 26” waist and it fits me! It’s also high waisted or can be worn longer (so either for work or going out!)
