ASOS beaded vintage style tulle dress scallop edge design blue and silver sz 4

Beautiful heavy beaded dress. I altered this dress by adding a sparkle triangle cutout in order to wear a large petticoat under. See photos. I am not professional, so this is a DIY job, but it worked well. There is a pucker at the top of triangle, see photo, but it’s unable to see while wearing Reposhing this item I purchased from @izzysposhcloset. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
