Condition- decent, apart from the dark discoloration where the belt lays everything else about the dress is in great condition. Very lightweight, silver metallic with black velvet design. The belt is included- Alexander McQueen very simple basic felt/ leather adjustable belt, belt is size IT 44 with three adjustable snap sizes. The price is slightly higher just due to the Luxury belt, belt is 38 inches long
