ASOS navy and cream circle skirt

NWOT ASOS striped navy and cream circle skirt in US 0, but I think it fits more like 00. Very petite friendly as I’m only 5 feet tall. Unfortunately I never ended wearing this as it was a little snug and I have since put on weight, there’s hardly any stretch in the waist band. It’s super cute and the pleats retain their shape as the skirt is made of a thicker material. Comes from a pet and smoke free home.
