ASOS off the shoulder top

New Look by ASOS. Off the shoulder top with bell sleeves and smocked detail at arm. Super cute but just a little small on me. I’m a size 4-6 and would recommend this to someone who is more in the 2-4 area. Brand new with tags, never worn. Perfect for the 4th of July or Labor Day!
