@minafranco yes, because it’s from Forever 21, an extremely inexpensive (often low quality) manufacturer that charges $1.80 for camisoles, $7.80 for jeans, and $3.80 for T-shirts. $12 seems like a reasonable offer in comparison to that manufacturer’s average price point of merchandise.
