I can't tell which part removes? It says there's a shell and another piece together.

@u3plo6 thank you for pointing this out. I just copied the description from a cycling website. This is just one piece. I believe the top piece? It belongs to a friend and she didn’t give me any description about it. I’ll see if I can find out what this is and update the description.
